Guarantee & Liability

All goods and services are provided subject to usual trade tolerances regarding weights, dimensions, processing and performance. Alma Holding is not responsible for changes beyond its control.

If goods or services are proven faulty within one (1) year of supply and notified in writing, Alma Holding may repair, replace, recondition or refund at its discretion.

Alma Holding will not be liable for faults due to abuse, misuse, malfunction or maladjustment by the Purchaser.

Maximum liability is limited to the cost of the relevant goods or services supplied.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Alma Holding is not liable for indirect, incidental, consequential or punitive damages including loss of profit, revenue, data, business interruption or reputation.

Inspection

The Purchaser must inspect goods and services upon delivery. Claims for damage or incomplete services must be notified in writing at the time of delivery.

Legal Rights

These terms do not detract from Alma Holding’s statutory and common law rights and are in addition to those rights.

Operation & Maintenance

• Operators must have adequate training and supervision.
• Lifting devices must undergo regular independent inspections.

General Notes

• All mechanical equipment must be installed and maintained according to manufacturer instructions.
• Devices must be permanently disposed of if exceeding 20,000 cycles or excessively damaged.
